Hi. I'm Rachel.

I'm a talented designer with background in construction and theater fabrication and two years of museum experience. My specialties include graphic design, using CAD software to visualize creative solutions, teamwork, communication, and visitor-centered exhibits.

Mackinac State Historic Parks' Exhibit Tech

My current role is Exhibit Technician at Mackinac State Historic Parks (MSHP), where I draft, install, and maintain exhibits as directed across our seven major sites. As the seasons change, my role shifts from primarily keeping everything running smoothly (summer) to contributing to the development of 2025's Island Famous exhibit refresh at Fort Mackinac and addressing lingering accessibility concerns across the sites (winter).
